ABA with Kids believes that childhood development is a collaborative effort between the child, family, and their support team. At the centre of our values is your child. We believe that development is optimized when education specialists and the family continuously work together in finding the best learning strategies to help your child thrive. Our goal is to have an impact on your child’s development.

Our mission is to see your child implement the skills and lessons developed during our sessions so they can demonstrate them in other social aspects of their life (e.g., school, home environment, community, and more). Learning does not stop with us! Success requires the family to be consistently active in providing opportunities for your child to show you their new skills. With open communication between team members, scheduled team meetings with parents, and parent training – this is the start to making a difference in your child’s life.

Commitment to Accessible Therapy

ABA with Kids provides Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)/ Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) services to children from the age of 18 months to 18 year olds with special needs such as autism, children with speech and language delays, or children with higher needs. Our services are provided within the home, community, or school setting. Community settings include learning in daycares or schools where social skills can be taught. Learning lessons in the home or the community includes increasing language, behaviour regulation, interpersonal skills, and daily living skills.

For younger kids that are not yet attending school, we focus on school readiness. Skills leading towards school readiness include paying attention to the teacher, listening to instructions, colouring, writing their name, and identifying colours, shapes, and numbers. For the kids already attending school, we help them work on academics and social cues.

Home Services

Our in-home ABA therapy creates a familiar and supportive environment, where children can build vital life skills. With therapists offering real-time demonstrations and guidance, parents are more involved.

Community Setting Services

We focus on building social and communication skills in natural settings. By practicing in the community, children generalize skills across environments, boosting confidence and enhancing peer interactions.

Virtual Learning Services

Our virtual services offer flexible, one-on-one therapy through video sessions, allowing children to learn in a comfortable, engaging environment. Parents stay connected and involved throughout the process.

School Support

We work collaboratively with schools to ensure successful academic and social outcomes for children with autism. Our team provides teachers with the necessary strategies and tools to implement ABA techniques in the classroom, promoting positive behaviour and helpful learning.

Our Journey So Far

My name is Farrah and I am a RBA & BCBA, and the founder of ABA with Kids. The company was founded because of my passion to help kids reach their full potential.

While I primarily work with individuals diagnosed with Autism & ADHD, I also work with learners with anxiety, OCD, PDA, learning disabilities, global developmental delay, cerebral palsy, and other comorbidities.

I strive towards helping families access the resources they need to see their child achieve independence.
